- Serves as a secure and discreet source of advisement with personal and professional hardships

Advisor

- Access to Coach Services for the remainder of Company Leadership
(C-Suite, Directors, Board, and Managers)

starting at $1,000 /month

Confidant

- Advisor Services access extending to entire staff, for company headcount up to 15 (W2s + 1099s)
- This Tier opens access to the Comprehensive List of Retained Services detailed below and also Incidental items
- Advisement on HRIS software
(Backup Admin Role within the system for visibility only)

Consigliere

- Confidant Services access extending to entire staff, for company headcount up to 29 (W2s + 1099s)
- Backup Admin role within HRIS
(Providing assistance to an existing internal employee to ensure system coherence and compliance)

Administrator

- Consigliere Services access extending to entire staff, for company headcount up to 49 (W2s +1099s)
- Full Administrator access for system configuration
(Providing onboarding/offboarding for personnel within the software, updating internal employee files, and maintaining communication with PEO representatives to ensure regulations are followed)

- Administrator Services access for company headcount of 50-99
(W2s + 1099s)

Comprehensive List of Retained Services

  • Function as an interim CHRO/COO long before you would otherwise hire this role internally.

  • Provide objective HR and Operations advisement.

  • Discrete company investigations and off-site record keeping.

  • Allow employees to directly and anonymously report harassment.

  • Creation of employee handbooks, best practices, codes of conduct, and policies.

  • Dynamic personnel management coaching to owners and executives.

  • Creation and editing of company memos and communications.
  • Mediation and resolution of employee conflicts.

  • Working alongside PEO companies, benefits partners, and legal service providers as needed.

  • Crafting company documents and communications for legal review.

  • Conducting third party exit interviews.

  • Provide ongoing guidance on operational strategy.

  • Facilitate training on EEOC based interviewing guidelines.

  • Advise on optimization of HRIS programs and PEO integrations.

  • Provide risk analyses for teams and projects.

  • Assistance with maintaining HR compliance in multistate environments.

  • Training, mentorship, and assistance of any existing Office Managers and HR Assistants.

  • Plan staffing and personnel needs when seeking investment rounds.
